Returns & Refunds

Every Zero Zen Golf piece is made to order just for you. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for sizing, buyer's remorse, or change of mind — please double-check our Size Guide before ordering. 

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items: if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery at zerozengolf@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once approved, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
